What should I do with $1000-$2000?

I have about $2000 saved up and my 18th birthday is in about a month, so i will have some more by then. I really am considering the smart “save it” decision, and even researched and considered opening a Roth IRA account in depth. However, I don’t really understand how it works completely, plus I have no steady income, so I can’t make the constant contributions to really fund the account. I considered a CD, but even with a high interest rate (2-3%), I won’t be making a lot of money. I’d like to have some fun and bet on sports, but I may get out of hand. I was on the verge of buying a motorcycle until my parents crushed that dream LOL, and I’m considering getting my third tattoo with the money. I would really like to purchase something cool and rewarding, but I’m not against some kind of way to multiply my money where I’m not just wasting my time, as I feel I would with a regular old savings account. Up for any suggestions, thanks.

invest in ACUR stock is a great place to invest because the stock it blow 52week average so in the short term it will increase really fast when it in the market earning again.

Can Lawyers Make A Lot Of Money

can lawyers make a lot of money
New great question about {$KEYWORD}
What are some jobs that make a good amount of money but isn’t a doctor or a lawyer?

I know it takes a lot to become a doctor or lawyer but what are some jobs that make just as much money as them that is somewhat easier to accomplish than a doctor/lawyer. What are the good and down sides of that job?

* Also, do you need to get into highly impossible (Straight A’s, perfect test scores) high schools in your city to become any well paid job? Can you go into an average high school and get outstanding grades and still become a doctor, lawyer, etc?

well really you should decide on your major/the job you want to go into based on your interest in the subject, not on how much money you’ll make. Way too many adults hate their jobs, but get paid enough so they won’t quit, but you’ll be happier in life if you choose something that you actually love, because you’ll be doing it for like 40+ years, which is most of your life.

The whole division between hs and working is college, and med school after that if you choose to become a doctor (hopefully because you love it). You can go to a regular high school and get decent grades, then in your senior year, you apply to colleges that may have your interest, so if you want to be a doctor, you would declare your major as pre med in your sophomore or junior year, and after graduating, you’d go on to graduate school for another few years and get your medical license.
